Amends the contract with ACME Tree Service, the first responder for on-call City Wide Emergency and Enforcement Tree Service, whose services are repaid by the property owners, to increase it from $450,000 to $1,250,000 and extend the term from June 2014 to June 2015 (OC 03062). (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends the contract with ACME Tree Service, the first responder for on-call City Wide Emergency and Enforcement Tree Service, whose services are repaid by the property owners, to increase it from $450,000 to $1,250,000 and extend the term from June 2014 to June 2015 (OC 03062). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-3-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-1-12.
