Approves a contract with Sierra Cedar for $5,500,000 through 12-31-2017 to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application that includes the replacement of the PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll and Financials applications. The contract will provide the professional services for organizational change management, business process re-alignment and the implementation (TECHS-201523139-00).
