Approves an Intergovernmental Agreement between The City and County of Denver and Evergreen Fire Protection District to procure interoperable communications equipment (GE92280). (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION, AND SERVICES) Approves an intergovernmental agreement between Denver and the Evergreen Fire Protection District (FPD) to procure interoperable communications equipment for $900,000 ($711,000 in Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Funds and $189,000 from Evergreen FPD) as part of the approved projects through the FY09 Urban Area Security Initiative grant. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-14-10.
