Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation for the Denver TSSIP 3 – MonaCore Traffic Signals. Approves receipt and appropriation of federal funds up to $1,025,000 for expanding the signal system control system between Broadway, Downing, 23rd Ave., and 40th Ave; on S. Monaco Parkway between Leetsdale and Cornell; and on Mississippi between Valencia and Dayton, in Council Districts 4, 5, 6, and 8.
