Amends a contract with LAZ KARP Associates, LLC by adding $200,000 for a new total of $675,000 and 10 months for a new end date of 12-31-25 for city vehicle parking at the Denver Post Building, in Council District 10 (ENVHL-202263401-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-11-2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-24-2024. Council member Gonzales-Gutierrez called this item out at the 2-20-2024 meeting for a one-week postponement to 2-26-2024.
