Amends a CMGC construction services agreement with INTERLOCK CONSTRUCTION CORP. to add $6,121,415.25 for a new total of $6,662,151.25 and adding 420 days for new end date of 4-30-2028 to provide construction services for the Ross-University Hills Branch Library Renovation located at 4310 E Amherst Ave. This project is part of the 2017 Elevate Denver Bond Program, in Council District 4 (DOTI-202581309/DOTI-202685753-01).
