Amends an existing grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to add the remaining four projects to the contract for an additional amount of $2,362,256.95 so that the City may be reimbursed for the 75% Federal and 12.5% state shares of the eligible FEMA Public Assistance Program expenditures incurred in response to and recovery from the September 2013 Colorado Flooding disaster (MOOEM-201417809-00). (SAFETY & WELL-BEING) Amends an existing grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to add the remaining four projects to the contract for an additional amount of $2,362,256.95 so that the City may be reimbursed for the 75% federal and 12.5% state shares of the eligible FEMA expenditures incurred for flood recovery (MOOEM-201417809-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-23-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-19-15.
