A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the United States of America concerning the "Emergency Rental Assistance" program and the funding therefor.
Approves a grant agreement with the United States Department of the Treasury for $27,274,556.20 of Federal funds and through 9-30-25 for Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funds to assist households that are unable to pay rent and utilities due to experiencing a reduction in household income, incurring significant costs, or experiencing other financial hardship during or due, directly or indirectly, to the COVID-19 pandemic (HOST-202158782).
