A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Axon Enterprise, Inc. for body worn cameras, tasers, equipment, software and cloud data storage for use by Safety agencies, citywide.
Amends an Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to add $450,000.00 for a new total of $22,547,650.10 for body worn cameras, tasers, equipment, software and cloud data storage for use by Safety agencies.
