A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), relating to the “FASTER Safety SH 30 Havana” project and the funding therefor.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Colorado’s Department of Transportation (CDOT) to receive and expend $2,180,990 in federal funds to complete the environmental and design work and related tasks for the pedestrian safety improvement connections on State Highway 30 at Hampden & Havana from Dayton to Dartmouth (PWADM – 201419126). The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-4-14.
