The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-19-2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-17-2024. Pursuant to Council Rule 3.6, Council member Lewis called out this item at the 7-29-2024 meeting for a one-week postponement to 8-5-2024.
