Amends a contract with David Evans and Associates, Inc. by adding two years for a new end date of 09-27-21 for on-call professional services in the areas of traffic, transportation, bicycle and pedestrian, multimodal, parking, civil, water resources, survey, geotechnical, material testing, construction management, environmental, and various services to support transportation and mobility projects, citywide.
