(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Revokes a permit to Uptown Denver Apartments, LLC to encroach into the right-of-way with six-3.5 inch PVC electrical conduits under the alley behind 1915 Logan Street in Council District 8. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-23-15.
