Amends a contract with Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness to add $1,055,766, for a revised maximum contract amount of $2,414,886, and extends the term through 10-31-16 to provide construction related engineering design services on Federal between 5th Avenue and Howard Place in Council District 9 (CE02011-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-4-14. The Committee approved filing this by consent on 6-26-14.
