A bill for an ordinance making an appropriation from the Wastewater Enterprise Fund to accompany the agreement between the City and County of Denver and Taubman-Cherry Creek Limited Partnership for the University/Josephine street and sewer project
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Appropriates $545,802.06 in the Wastewater Enterprise Fund for the previously approved agreement between the City and County of Denver and Taubman- Cherry Creek Limited Partnership to upsize a storm sewer and abandon a permanent easement as part of the University/Josephine street and sewer project in Council District 10. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-19-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-24-14.
