A bill for an ordinance approving a Second Amendment to Cooperative Service Agreement Reimbursable between the City and County of Denver and USDA–APHIS Wildlife Services to extend the contract for performing certain wildlife control measures at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Extends for one year and adds $382,747 to the contract with the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Inspection Service, Wildlife Services to implement the Federal Aviation Administration approved Wildlife Hazard Management Plan addressing wildlife hazards observed at Denver International Airport (PLANE-201103051-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-16-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 8-15-13.
