A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Avila Retail Development & Management, LLC for the operation of a concession at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Revises an agreement with Avila Retail Development & Management/MOSAIC Fine Arts & Craft Gallery to allow concessionaire to operate month-to-month at current terms until a new agreement is finalized. AR-76004-02 (B-CC). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-25-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-24-12.
