Approves a contract with Colorado Barricade for $1,193,411.61 and for three years to install and maintain new and existing signage citywide, including post mounted, utility and signal pole mounted, posts in hardscape and softscape, meter posts, plastic bollards, and signs attached to permanent structures, and associated labor, material and traffic control (201736163).
