Approves a Supplement to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Regional Transportation District and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) to delineate responsibilities and cost sharing for maintenance of the 20th Street High Occupancy Vehicle structure from Wynkoop to I-25, which will be managed and maintained as part of CDOT’s High Performance Transportation Enterprise, reducing the City’s responsibilities and costs.
