Approves amendment to Chapter 23 (Food and Food Handlers) of the Denver Revised Municipal Code. (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION, AND SERVICES) Changes food safety regulations to establish an administrative fines process, require public posting for only the most serious infractions, and makes other related changes. This bill was approved for filing by the Committee at its meeting on 10-12-10.
