A bill for an ordinance approving a Third Amendatory Agreement with the Brodart Company to provide collections service for the new West Denver Gonzales Branch Library at no additional cost.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a no-cost extension of the contract with The Brodart Co to 12-31-15 for collections services for the new West Denver Gonzales Branch Library (CE 78628). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review date is on 2-9-15. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 12-18-14.
