Amends the Housing First grant award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $1,369,223 for a contract period through March 31, 2014. This is a Continuum of Care Consolidation Agreement between the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Denver Department of Human Services that historically funds several Continuum of Care projects (SOCSV-201311488-1).
