A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Kids Crossing to provide Out-Of-Home Placement Services for youth in the custody of the department.
(HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Approves a $2,830,545.06 contract with KIDS CROSSING for placement and case management services for children in out of home care (2012-07596-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-7-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-27-14.
