Amends the contract with Keefe to add a one year no-cost extension from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 for inmate commissary services for the Denver Sheriff Department. The Inmate Welfare Fund receives approximately $400,000 in annual commission from this contract which is used to fund inmate welfare and recreation items (RC63008-6).
