Establishes a capital grant fund for revenue to further the objectives of the Downtown Urban Renewal Plan. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Establishes a capital grant fund to accompany the amendment to the Downtown Denver Cooperation Agreement and the Downtown Denver Improvements Project Funding Agreement with Denver Urban Renewal Authority to further the objectives of the Downtown Urban Renewal Plan. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-8-13.
