Approves a first amendment to the professional services agreement between the Department of Aviation and PetroPro Engineering, Inc. to provide professional services and expertise in the management of the day to day operation of 76 oil and gas wells. The amendment will add three additional years through April 1, 2014 and will add $1,560,690 to the contract.
