A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Bayaud Enterprises, Inc., to increase the total amount of compensation.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Adds $23,023 to an existing contract with Bayaud Enterprises, Inc. to cover an increase in records fees for Social Security Insurance (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and to add one temporary full time employee (OEDEV-201300000-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-1-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-27-14.
