A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement (Denver-RTD) between the City and County of Denver and the Regional Transportation District (RTD), relating to the Inca Street Multi-Use Path project and the funding therefor.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a $1,292,925 intergovernmental agreement with the Regional Transportation District to fund the City’s Inca Street Multiuse Path Project on Inca Street from 38th Avenue to 43rd Avenue in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-29-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-25-14.
