A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed First Amendment to Storm Water License Agreement for Multi- purpose License, Ref. No. 272 between the City and County of Denver and Park Creek Metropolitan District for Sanitary Sewer/Storm Sewer at the former Stapleton site.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Amends language in the multi-purpose license agreement between the City and Park Creek Metropolitan District for the construction of storm water facilities on a portion of the Stapleton site to facilitate development. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-??-12.The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-15-11.
