A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Salvation Army to provide family households with immediate access to triage assessment, initial intakes, appointments, information and referrals for community programs and services that deliver resources for people experiencing hunger, homelessness and precarious housing, citywide.
Amends a Salvation Army Connection Center contract to add $500,000 for a new contract total of $1,621,211 and extends the contract for an additional year through 12-31-2025, to provide family households with immediate access to triage assessment, initial intakes, appointments, information and referrals for community programs and services that deliver resources for people experiencing hunger, homelessness and precarious housing, citywide. (HOST-202477088-03/HOST-202159210-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-18-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-11-2024. Pursuant to Council Rule 3.6, Council member Lewis called out this item at the 1-27-2025 meeting for a postponement to the next regular Council meeting on 2-3-2025.
