A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Revival and Fourth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Regents of the University of Colorado to extend the term and increase the maximum contract amount for continued substance abuse treatment services. (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Adds $46,728.00 in grant funds to and extends for six months the contract with Regents of the University of Colorado for services related to substance exposed infants and their families. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 6-13-11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-10-11.
