(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a $799,360 purchase order with Barbizon Light of the Rockies, Inc. to replace the strand lighting system in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House (Requisition #54967). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-5-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-4-14.
