Approves rate increases for storm drainage and sanitary sewer effective July 1, 2011. (LAND USE TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE) Increases sanitary sewer and storm drainage rates effective July 1, 2011 for 2011, 2012 and 2013, to cover operations, maintenance, and capital improvements for both systems, and provides for the Manager of Public Works to increase fees no more than the previous year’s Consumer Price Index; larger increases would require Council approval. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 5-31-11.
