Amends DRMC Chapter 10 regarding Neglected & Derelict Buildings. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends DRMC Chapter 10, Article IX, Neglected & Derelict Buildings, to reflect updated procedures regarding such properties, including more consistent inspections, better tracking and accountability, and defined timeframes for mitigation. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 9-18-12.
