A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for 6200 Leetsdale Drive. (NEIGHBORHOODS AND PLANNING) Approves a map amendment to rezone 6200 Leetsdale Drive from PUD 584 to S-CC-3x (Suburban, Commcercial Corridor, 3 stories) in Council District 6. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS AFTER PUBLICATION. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 11-12-14.
