Approves a $35 million agreement (through 12-31-19) with Waste Management of Colorado for use of the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site, Denver Recycles Transfer Facility and the Denver Southwest Transfer Facility for the disposal of City waste material (PWADM- 201415806).
