A bill for an ordinance amending Article XII of Chapter 24, Denver Revised Municipal Code concerning the licensing of medical marijuana businesses
(SPECIAL PROJECTS) Conforms Denver medical marijuana business licensing system's deadlines with the major medical marijuana “clean-up” bill adopted by the Colorado General Assembly this year such as extending the moratorium on new businesses to July 1, 2012. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 6-13-11.
