Approves a $702,576 construction contract with Silva Construction for 2011 Citywide Curbramp & Concrete Repairs. M/WBE goal of 5% is met with 5%. This is one of the Public Works Annual Program contracts that would not have come to Council if proposed CB11-0078, the annual approval bill, were already adopted, but it is still in process and this contract is ready to go. (CE00980) (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a $702,576 contract with Silva Construction for 2011 Citywide Curbramp & Concrete Repairs, part of the annual work programs for Public Works. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-29-11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-24-11.
