Approves a sixth amendatory agreement among the City, the Crime Prevention and Control Commission, and Mental Health Center of Denver (MHCD), to provide Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) as part of the Court to Community intervention program in the amount of $90,000 through December 31, 2012 (CE-70053 (5)). (HEALTH SAFETY EDUCATION AND SERVICES) Approves a sixth amendatory agreement among the City, the Crime Prevention and Control Commission, and Mental Health Center of Denver (MHCD), to provide Assertive Community Treatment as part of the Court to Community intervention program in the amount of $90,000 through December 31, 2012 (CE-70053 (5)).
