This includes fee title and easement interests, access rights, improvements, buildings, fixtures, licenses, and permits as part of the project. The Project is located at the intersection of Florida Avenue and Quebec Way, in Council District 6. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-26-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-23-2025.
