A bill for an ordinance amending subsections 20-63 (a) and (b), D.R.M.C., concerning the threshold dollar limits for Formal and Informal bidding levels.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Increases the formal bidding threshold to $50,000 and over (from the current $25,000 and over) and changes the informal bidding threshold to less than $50,000 (from the current less than $25,000). The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 2-5-14.
