A resolution authorizing the payment of any judgment entered for punitive damages against city employees Faun Gomez, James Grimes, Kyle Sharp, Kenneth Robinette, and Carrie Rodriguez in Case No. 11-cv-00645-RBJ, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. (SAFETY & WELL-BEING) Authorizes the City to pay any punitive damages against named City employees in the specifically named court case. This resolution was approved for filing in executive session at the Mayor-Council meeting on 10-28-14.
