A resolution approving a Second Amendment to Lease and Agreement with the State of Colorado, Department of Public Health and Environment regarding 21st Street and Broadway for use as a continuous air monitoring site.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Extends the $100 per year lease agreement with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment through 1-31-26 for use of city property at 2015 Broadway as an air monitoring site (RC79003). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-28-15. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 11-25-15.
