Authorizes the close out of the Emergency Management Performance Grant and transfer of the cash balance in the amount of $103,074.09 to the Special Revenue Fund entitled “Emergency Management Project Fund”, and authorization to expend funds in this Special Revenue Fund for emergency management purchases. (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Authorizes the close out of the Emergency Management Performance Grant and transfer of the cash balance in the amount of $103,074.09 to the Special Revenue Fund entitled “Emergency Management Project Fund”, and authorization to expend funds in this Special Revenue Fund for emergency management purchases. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-6-11.
