A resolution approving a proposed Lease Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center for operation of the Community Re-Entry Project.
Approves a five-year lease agreement with the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center (CNDC) for $1 annually for 1391 Delaware Street to operate the Community Re-Entry Project in Council District 10 (FINAN 201627231). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-28-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-25-16.
