A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Master Purchase Order between the City and County of Denver and Mansfield Oil Company.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Approves a two year, (with option to renew for three, one-year extensions up to a maximum of five years) an up to $50,000,000 a master purchase order with Mansfield Oil to provide fuel for the City fleet at a locked price. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-28-12. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 1-25-12.
