A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed License for Trademark Use Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Status Seriagraph, Inc., for the purpose of commercial marketing, advertising and promotion in connection with the Red Rocks Amphitheatre logo.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a licensing agreement with Status Serigraph, Inc. to use the Red Rocks logo for reproduction on Red Rocks apparel and poster art sold online through the Licensee’s online merchandise store in exchange for 10% of the sales proceeds (THTRS-201416931). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-22-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-20-14.
