A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, for drainage and flood control improvements along First Creek.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District by adding $35,000 for a total of $3,235,000 of City funds to fund the Final Design, Right-of-Way Acquisition and Construction of Drainage and Flood Control Improvements along First Creek at East 56th Avenue in Council District 11 (PWADM-201103771-03).
