A bill for an ordinance amending the classification and pay plan for employees in the Career Service and for certain employees not in the Career Service.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Adopts Career Service Authority's (CSA) recommendations for pay adjustments for CSA employees based on the 2012 market pay survey, including occupational group structure adjustments effective on July 1, 2012 at an annual cost of $509,752 and individual pay grade changes effective on January 1, 2013 aat an annual cost of $1,442,746. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 4-25-12.
