A bill for an ordinance amending Article XL, Chapter 53 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code relating to the administration of refund payments for elderly and disabled persons.
Amends Chapter 53 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to move the administration of the Payments to the Elderly and Disabled Persons Program from the Denver Treasury to the Department of Human Services. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-29-16.
